Your client will receive a Project Map (See an example →) that outlines their project. It includes a prep guide that includes the following:
A shared Google Drive folder for them to upload assets like logos and headshots.
A background questionnaire to gather their basic business information.
A design questionnaire to help us understand their style preferences.
A copywriting guide to help them come up with compelling, strategic copy.

We will meet with the client to review their preparation guide, present the mood board and website template options. From there, the client will sit back and relax while we customize the site.

We will review the website live with the client, making any desired changes. If needed, we will allow for a round of revisions. Oftentimes, we make all the desired changes live and no revisions are needed.

We will purchase or connect the domain, connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and launch their website 🎉

The Monday after launch, we will email the client with a custom training video to teach them how to use and make basic edits to their new site and their final deliverables (Logo, Color Palette etc.)
